FileMerger

This program will merge the contents from Source and Target files, according to the shared identifiers, or the correlationship defined in the Bridging file.
NOTE:
1. The input files should be in tab-delimited plain (MS-DOS) text format, with first row being the head row (or empty).
2. Identifiers need to be unique within each input file. Also note that identifiers are case-sensitive (as well as sensitive to empty space and hidden characters).

Source file:
    Identifier column:
      Include following data columns only:

Target file:
    Identifier column:
      Include following data columns only:

Output file:   Intersection only Source file plus intersection

(Additional options for "Intersection only" output)
Use bridging file:   (Format: Source -> Target from "Chip Comparer")
    Identifier columns:   source-,  target-
Output StatAnalysis files   (separate identifier, header, and data files)
For this output choice, "Include following data columns only" should be checked, and two and one comma-delimited fields should be entered in the corresponding box of Source and Target file, respectively.
(e.g., the two comma-delimited fields in Source file check box could correspond to the control and test samples)
